unable to create Subtask

iam unable to create subtask in  Kanban board, can any one clarify and give me screen shot  how to solve  sample iam attached screen shot what iam getting error

Hi,

Can you look if you have a required field on the subtask creation. Check also your permission and condition in the subtask workflow

To check your workflow (in compagny managed project), go to your project >project settings> workflows > then look at the subtask workflow and click on the pen (action tab)

Click on the first transition and look if you have some condition (e.g only developer can create subtask)

For the field required, go to your project >project settings> fields, find the field configuration associated to your subtask and look if you have a required field.

May be you have scriptrunner in your instance, check if you have a behaviour that make field required.
