unable to change payment method

Hello I am an org admin of  Jira Product Discovery in my organization. I am not able to change payment method. I tried to follow the instructions found on Atlassian help by it seems what i see is diffenret from what the instructions suggest.

Can you help me?

You can directly use the following URL to add payment details:

https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<Ccloud-id>/billing/paymentdetails/add

Replace <Ccloud-id> with your respective cloud ID.
