Tryng to add confluence to my org site but it says that is unable to do it due to account being behind on payments??? account is up to date
Please check the payments on your instance by going to the instance administration and billing section.
If you are not a billing admin you won't see this. Contact your org admin or the person who initiated the cloud instance, as they should be billing admin
Let them check the payment details or reach to Atlassian Support
