Need help with a video that will help organize this existing backlog, so that it makes sense to the external Product Owner
Hello @Eric Blankenship
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you referring to the backlog for a single Space or for a single Board, or are you trying to have a view for multiple Spaces/Boards?
Can you provide more context for what "makes sense" to the external product owner?
A Scrum or Kanban board Backlog will show items ordered by Rank (to order in which the items should be worked on). With Scrum you can further organize the items into future planned Sprints.
If you are trying to get a view for multiple Jira Spaces you can use a Board that uses a filter that combines the Spaces, or you can use a Plan that references all the Spaces and can present a timeline/gantt chart view of the work.

You can also ask Rovo - its definitely better if you want to consider contextual information about current work items in backlog. Also, you can think about creating dedicated Rovo agent for it
