tracking dependencies

I am looking for an Addin, plugin wich helps mi with monitoring/tracking dependencies across the project. 

Could you please advise which one will fit my expectations?

Or maybe some filter will be enough?

Dependency for Jira is one simple plugin that does the job. Have you reviewed Dependency report in Portfolio-> Plan view? It offers good views into all the stories that have dependencies and allows scheduling accordingly.
