Hi
I want to know ,how can i check total time taken by team in current sprint.
I know i can go through with burndown chart but somehow there is issue i am getting on it.
My sprint is of 3 weeks and it showing me time spent :-5w 4 days 3 hours.

Can anyone help me with JQL ,Also i need to know how can i track weekly insights or weekly reports of bugs and how much time taken by team.

Hi @as a ,

Which one of the below metrics do you want the calculation based on?

  • logged work: As defined here, each member can enter how long they have worked on the issue.
  • by status: Eg. how long do the issues stayed "in development" + "in testing" statuses?
  • by assignee: Eg. how long do the issues stayed on group of users?

Hi @as a 

Maybe, the sprint filtered only parent issue, sub-tasks were not included in filter, that is why time was not recorded.

Also, you can check data using the third-party app like a Time in Status for Jira Cloud.

It lets you get time your team worked on each issue totally and separately at each status. Additionally, you can filter the issue list by sprint you need, then sum up the total column and you will get the data you need.
