I'd like to active this subscription.

Hey @Gam Shawng

 

We don't have the power here to fix the site, but there is a discussion about the steps on this question. Basically, if you are the technical/billing contact you can just add a payment method. If you aren't one of those, you should be able to contact Atlassian support.
