timestamp on Jira backup files is off by many years

I'm running Jira Cloud and run a monthly backup.  The process involves running the backup process and it produces a zip file with two files in it (activeobjects.xml and entities.xml).

I noticed today that my entities.xml file from last month has the timestamp 2054/01/12.  The newest version of this file from today when i ran a backup has the timestamp 1987/11/07.

This could cause problems if you use the timestamp of the export file and are dependent on the date for routing logic.

Is this just me or do others have the same issue?

Hi @Jim Cloughley

Looks like this is a known bug:

XML files in Jira Cloud backup are showing a wrong modified date

Best regards,

Bill
