time in status gadget missing

Hi,

the average time in status gadget worked well for a long time and suddenly the gadget window shows: Error loading gadget from rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.jira.ext.charting:timeinstatus-gadget/com/atlassian/jira/ext/charting/gadget/timeinstatus-gadget.xml: org.apache.shindig.gadgets.GadgetException: Unable to retrieve gadget xml. HTTP error 500

There are a few things to check:

  • since this is JIRA Charting Plugin's gadget, check if this plugin is installed and enabled
  • check if this is browser independent
  • is it only one time in status gadget that throws this error OR is it all time in status gadget in the instance ?
  • does direct access to JIRA reveal the same problem for that gadget ?
  • any error thrown in JIRA logs ?
