time duplication on tickets after assuming them to review

when i have any ticket and i log time on it with "time doctor" app and assign them to review or move the ticket to anyone else in my team the time i logged gets duplication every time

I was referring to Time Doctor. I am unfamiliar with the app. It sounds like the issue is related to the app .

its an app to log time on jira tickets ,
and i talked with time doctor customer support and thy said that the problem is from jira,
so Do you know how to contact customer support here? @Jack Brickey
