time.On stops working when out of maintenance

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We cannot now use time.ON for Jira since the period of our maintenance expired today. The following error was given:-

  • Your license has expired. Please open the License Management Console to update your license.

This should never occur as the license terms are:-

"Download:Licenses last forever, support and upgrades last for 12 monthsInstances and add-ons are hosted on your servers"
We are usign Jira 6.0.6

You probably need to contact the vendor directly for a fix for this.

There are a number of licence models out there that will tell you they last forever, but still require renewals (free renewals, but you still need a new licence key), it may be one of them.
