For the rest api request ("https://viachaslau.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/user/viewissue/search?&issueKey=IT10KS-1859&query=%25&maxResults=100&startAt=0") sometimes does not return a list of users, just returns a void


The same request, but after a few milliseconds, already contains a list of users



this flashing happens periodically, does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Testing the endpoint on my end directly on the browser or using the terminal, works normally, without any delay. 

Can you please test it on the browser as well to test if it works?

Have you tested using another tool or only Fiddler Classic?
