×Whenever I create an issue in Jira it right away gets visible on the board. But when I do that now it will not save it on the board
It just gives me a pop-up that says: "If the issue should be visible, it has to match your project and filters and have a status that is assigned to the board". But I already checked that, and it looks correct?
Do anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
Hello @Madura Maheswaran
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Jira doesn't use the term "blackboard" to refer to any of its functionality. Have you added a third party app to your instance that has provided that functionality? Can you provide a screen image of that blackboard?

When you create the issue, what is the Status of the issue set to?
Can you provide a screen image that shows the mapping of Statuses to Columns for your board?

What type of issue are you creating?
It appears that you are using a Team Managed project. You can confirm that by looking at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left. And I see that you have the Backlog option enabled.
For a Team Managed project, Subtasks and Epic issues are not displayed on the board. Subtasks also don't display unless you have Group By Subtasks enabled.
Additionally issues are not displayed on the board based only on their status when you have the Backlog option enabled. Looking at the Backlog screen you will see the issue list divided into two sections; Backlog below and Board at the top. An issue can be in any status and displayed either in the Backlog section or the Board section. Only the issues in the Board section will show as cards on the Board screen. On the Backlog screen issues can be added to the Board by dragging them from the Backlog section of the list to the Board section of the list.
If you use the Create button in the menu bar to create the issue it will automatically be added to the Backlog section of the list. You will have to manually drag that issue to the Board section of the list to have it shown on the Board screen.
If you use the +Create option at the bottom of the Board section of the list on the Backlog screen or use the +Create option at the bottom of the left-most column on the Board screen, then the issue you create will be automatically added to the board.

Okay thank you for your reply. We just can't seem to figure out where to diasble the backlog?

An administrator for that project can do that by going to Project Settings > Features, in the left side navigation pane. On the Features page are several options to enable/disable including the Backlog.
