task and subtask creating again and again for opseng task field

Hi ,

I have created automation rule that is creating task and subtask based on opsengtask field .  suppose if i have task against BASIC or ADVA if i am again adding BASIC or ADVA it  is creating task & subtask. I dont want this . I am attaching screenshot .

Give me any suggestion .

Hi @Viresh Kumar 

Without seeing the audit log details for the rule executions, I hypothesize a couple of possible causes:

• Your rules create issues, but do not first check if those issues already exist with conditions.  Solution approach: add conditions.
• Your rules have the "Allow Rule Trigger" option enabled, perhaps incorrectly, and are creating a looping situation.  Solution approach: investigate why that option is enabled, and either disable the option or re-engineer the rules to prevent looping.

Hello, Good day. We don't have the screenshot from you yet, I believe the following condition will help. You can if the sub-task is already present, if there is no sub-task create one or will skip it.

As suggested by @Bill Sheboy you can add the condition to check if the sub-task already exists or not.

Hi @Mohanraj Thangamuthu  @Bill Sheboy  I added the condition for subtask & children but still it is triggering and creating if i adding opseng field again . i think edit  issue is triggering . do u have any suggestion? in audit log i cn see first if condition is not matching if subtask is there it should break there .
