table grid field is empty after project import

table grid field is empty after project import

After project import (configuration and data) into new JIRA server, we found that data of TGE field is empty.

Ho to fix this?

I have used Project Configurator add-on.

all issues were imported properly. the tableGrid custom field shows the fields name but no data.

I tried to run the Synchronizer but still no data.

Hi !

I have the same problem, i have used the "Project import" native option of JIRA, all issues were imported properly but the tableGrid custom field shows the fields name but no data.
