Hi, @Mahesh Vecham

It's community forum, we can't deeply check, what had happened.

But, I can suggest next possible reasons:

1. Phishing Scam: The email could be a phishing attempt. This means it's designed to trick you into providing sensitive information like your Atlassian account credentials or payment details. The product codes you mentioned (E-447-R3K-ZVS-YDW and E-447-R3K-ZVG-TVB) might be fake. Also, haven't heard about feature "Family Sandbox".

2. Someone occasionally used your email: If the email is legitimate but you didn't place the order, this might be due to a mistake. I have similar problem with one of my emails, which some people, unknown to me, are using in different services, as their contact email.

Here's how you can proceed:

1. Do Not Respond: Avoid clicking any links in the email, downloading attachments, or providing any personal information.
2. Verify the Email: Check the sender's email address and compare it with your official Atlassian account emails. Genuine emails from Atlassian come from addresses like *@atlassian.com. I checked, what legitimate billing email is - it's no_reply@am.atlassian.com
3. Contact Support: If anything seems suspicious or if you suspect a phishing attempt, contact Atlassian support.
