subtask disappears from board when PR created

I have an issue and a sub-task.
I've created a branch on the sub-task.
sub-task is now in reopen status and has a column in the board that shows it.
I've created a Pull Request in Bit-bucket to merge the sub-task to the master branch (I didn't merged it)
the sub-task is no longer appears on the board - until I'll manually change it's status.
