Is it possible to insert a condition, if the task has subtasks, then we cannot insert a time estimate (or make the field inactive)? And is it possible to display tasks whose subtasks are not rated in the task filter?

You cannot add a custom condition that decides the field behavior. But you can implement a workaround by removing estimate fields from the Edit screen and adding it on the Transition screen, then adding conditions on a transition that should validate whether the subtasks linked to the task or not, and based on that the transition button will appear on the task screen. To do so, you will require an add-on such as JMWE or Scriptrunner for Jira.

What do you mean by "grade"? (Or "rating" - I'm guessing that you are talking about the same thing here).

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I use translator, it sometimes translates incorrectly. I want find tasks with have a subtasks and some subtask hasn't original estimate and (or) time tracking. Maybe in the future we need that our specialists hasn't opportunity estimate task witch has subtasks.
