structure plugin slow when JIRA connected to LDAP

Hi

Does anyone have the same problem, I was testing structure plugin and noticed that when using JIRA with LDAP 'create structure' wizard gets very slow.

When I stop using LDAP this wizard starts working with normal speed immediately even if there might be some activity with LDAP server still ongoing (e.g. synchronizing).

There is no other visible performance problem with LDAP connection, just this one. JIRA logs did not give any good idea what is causing this. I was testing this using JIRA 7.1.2.
