How can you stop the login in a JIRA application(basically where users will not be requested a login screen)

Remove all the groups from "can use" global permission/application access.  No one will be able to log in, other than administrators.

I apologize, let me make my self clearer, I still want users to use the product, but without an login. Basically a single login through crowd and can get into all the other products without any issue
