sprint information lost on moved tickets

We moved tickets from one project to another and all tickets from closed sprints lost information.
Current sprint tickets retained their values.
The closed sprints cannot be selected, only the current sprint information is given as an option.
I have raised with Support, but they are being slow to respond and this is causing major problems - can anyone help?
