We have been working with Jira cloud for some months now.
Despite we have a good internet connection we are experiencing delays of more than 30 seconds to load a simple project page.
We found that ping is blocked, so we can't send you an analysis of how long it actually takes, but working is not at all comfortable with this kind of delays.
Anybody can help?

This is something you will likely want to reach out to Atlassian Support to investigate if it is persistent across all browsers.

I am not sure what licence we have, we had been under 10 people till yesterday, with the low flat rate. Is that the starter licence?
I understand explore button is the magnifying lens icon at the top left, under Jira and star icon. There I only see our own projects, processes and persons as searchable.
Am I looking at the right place?

@Joel , sorry for the confusion here. What i meant by the explore button was in reference to the Community site and menu bar on this page and where to access the Atlassian Support site.
