some phrases are displayed Russian lng, but set english

There is a language issue in Jira Software.

The default language is set to English (United States)

User language set in English (United States) profile

We do not use any plugins

But some sections of Jira remain in Russian. How can i fix this ??

Hello, can you please tell us which sections are displayed in Russian. Also, when was last time someone made changes to the language settings?
