The maintenance window occurs daily between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. in the timezone of the server of your Atlassian app
The timezone of the server is set based on the timezone of the person who signed up for the app.

Incase you wish to change the maintenance window and unable to raise a ticket and are on paid plan, kindly let us know if the site is on the same domain you have raised this post and we can help to create ticket with support for this issue.
