Hi there

I have a colleague who is connected to a previous jira instance ( i assume that is the correct terminology). let's call it companyproject.atlassian.com but I need her to view a new project in a new instance we have set up, let's call it newinstance.atlassian.com

Does anyone know where or how I do this?

Many thanks

Hello @Jarryd Addinall,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

For your colleague to access a project on the new instance, it's necessary to give them permission on the site and on the project.

With that said, a site administrator must add them by going to Cog Icon > User management > Invite users.

After that, if you are a project administrator, you must add them on the desired project role, so they will be able to access the project to view the tickets, boards, and so on.

Please, talk to your site administrator to invite the account and then it will be possible to add them to the project.

Regards,
Angélica
