show forgot login details if External User Management = ON

I want to show the forgot login details on the login page because we want to work with project that our clients can access and i want to avoid that they call me every 5 min. because they forgot their password.

However we also use JIRA and Confluence for our internal projects and we manage our users in Crowd.

Is it possible to show the forgot login details if external user management is on?

When External user management turned ON in JIRA will not display options for users to change their password.
