Hi All

We have exhausted our licenses and we would like to share JIRA project report or  dashboard report to other stake holders to view but they dont have JIRA login. Is it possible kindly help.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

For Dashboards you can share them with "Public" to make them visible to any user on the internet without requiring that user to login to Jira.

I believe you would need to set the Browse Projects permission to Public also for any project whose issues are included in the dashboard. Without that people could access the Dashboard but not see any issue information in the gadgets.

Note that sharing/setting a permission to Public makes the information accessible to EVERYBODY on the internet. With a Premium subscription you could also implement IP Allow Lists to limit the access to people who are on your company's network.
