I want to set user's avatar/picture in jira using jira's api and python requests, but I'm completely lost in all these similar questions and outdated APIs, could you please help me. I just need an endpoint url. And it would be great if you'd be very specific, like step by step solution, cause I'v already seen enough question with infinite links to other questions/docs etc. Let's say I have user's username, admin's username/email and password and jpeg/png/whatever file somewhere on my computer, what do I do?
