set default field value based on liked isse type

Hi Team,

We have a dropdown field with some vales as A,B,C,..

and if likend issue type ="TEST-123"

The dropdown value should show bydefult as 'B'

please guide me on this.

HI Sindhu,

you can do it by going to Issues-> Custom Fields -> Select your custom field with A, B, C - > Configure -> Edit Default Value
