Is it any way to allocate work to a specific block of time? For example if my team is fully booked for Monday and Tuesday, i won't assign any job until wednesday. i need a quick way to see it and assign a Job for wednesday morning so .How can i see where to allocate work?

I think the problem is: You are trying to use JIRA as a Project Manager (i.e. you assign the work so you need to know which team member is available when).
JIRA was designed for teams where Developers and Testers assign the work to themselves (i.e. self-organising within a Scrum sprint or via a prioritised Kanban backlog).
