I am not sure what private key you are referring to. What do you wish to perform and what is your requirement? If it is the SSL private key, I am afraid we could not provide that due to security reasons.

I see that you are trying to configure https://support.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/376008-connecting-desk-com-to-your-jira-integration. As stated in the documentation, please note that this integration is only available in onPremise (local installation) of JIRA, not for JIRA OnDemand.
