sandbox expired

Hi 

I use premium JIRA(annual payment) and sandbox environment

as far as I know, sandbox don't need separate payment.

but I got this mail and found out it was a monthly payment about sandbox..

Additionally, my jira production data's expriration date is 27 July 2022

I want to know the reason.

that does seem odd. I think it might be best for you to open a Sales inquiry through https://support.atlassian.com/contact so they can dive in to the financials and see what's going on.

I solved this issue!

I subscribed to some trial apps before copying the product to the sandbox.

So I coludn’t find the expired apps and I cannot manage my subscriptions.

and I heard about my expired apps from https://support.atlassian.com/contact
 

Then, download my expired apps once more and cancel my subscription,

No more recieved expired info mail
