@CAR - You can add any resolutions that you want, so if "Won't Do" won't do for you, you can add Canceled.
The most important discipline that I try to encourage for all of my customers is to create a data dictionary. If you have Confluence, that is the perfect place to put it. The data dictionary should have a page for each object type (e.g, Status, Resolution, Link Type, etc). On the page, you have a simple two column table like this:
| Name | Description |
| Done | The work item has been completed as requested |
| Won't Do | A decision was made not to pursue this work item |
| Canceled | The work item was canceled by the reporter |
and so on. If you create this documentation in Confluence, then Rovo can use it to help you maintain good practices for your organization.

Currently, the only built in resolutions in Jira are:
We do not have default resolutions named as Cancelled.You can treat Wont Do as the generic cancelled resolution, or you can add your own custom resolution such as:
