Hello Team,
I created a Mail Handler to "create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue" (in Jira Core 8.1.0). So that reply mails would be integrated as comments into existing issues.
But the Mail Handler creates a new issue everytime, instead to add the replies as comments.
Could someone please help me?

it should work if the subject in the reply contains the issue key of the issue in which mail handler should add the comment.
If the reply doesn't contain the issue key your mail handler will create an issue for each email.

It is my experience that It is important that the reply is a reply to an email from Jira not from another person. There is email header info that is used by Jira.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
