"Reply to comments for meaningful conversations in Jira" was already rolled out, we used the reply button happily, but it is not visible anymore.

There could be an changes in the continous deployments or tracking - Suggest you to create a support ticket with Atlassian to re-enable or check for possible cause for the same.

I understand that a reply feature does not appear within your site. It looks like this might be due to the nature of this site being a sandbox, but either way I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/48/PCS-404132 so that our team can investigate this further.

Dear Andy, it is not a sandbox. Anyway, thank for creating the support case for me, already sent a screenshot there and assuming, that changing the release track from "continuous" to "bundled" took our "reply" button.
