I want to delete all outdated issues from our projects, p.e. all issues from 2018 and older.

I tried to do this after making a selection of older issues, but I didn't have the right to remove the selected issues - although I am administrator for our organisation and owner of the project I was working in. Does anyone have suggestions how to do this?

Hi Hans,

You need to have 'Delete issue' permission at the project level. Being the admin you should be able to check the project permissions and grant yourself required permissions.

Please refer to below document to learn more about Project permissions in Jira.
