Hi there,
Yes, you can. To do so, you just need to:
- Run a JQL search that brings all the issues
- Click on the 'Tools' grey button >> Bulk all issues
- Select the issues
- On the Choose Operation screen, select 'Stop Watching Issues'
- Confirm the operation and that's it!
