This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Installing JIRA applications on Windows

Just installed JIRA on WIndows as a service, with MySQL, windows firewall pass-through httpd.

Everything ok through localhost:8080 but unable to see it from any other pc. Other PC can see many other s website on 80. I am missing something in apache setup for jira?

Is there a setup in JIRA that prevents it from being accessible beyond local on 8080?

This sounds most likely to be your firewall blocking 8080 to the outside world (most will do that by default)
