Hi Team,
My organization has Jira and Zephyr Licenses. When they increased the Jira License does it required necessarily to increase the Zephyr licenses as well. We increased only Jira licenses and looks like its prompting to increase Zephyr licenses as well and that the same case for vice versa. Your inputs will help us to upgrade Jira / Zephyr with the available licenses.

Yes, app licenses has to be for the same amount of users that you have for Jira, so if you increase your user tier for Jira you have to do the same for all your apps.
Was there is any workaround for this. We have total 250 Jira licenses, do we need to go with 250 Zephyr licenses? and we have about 100 Zephyr licenses currently

No, there is no way around it. All apps have to be on the same user tier as your host product. Have a look at the Licensing and Pricing FAQ for the Marketplace.
