recaptcha blocks public forms submission

Hello together,

Jira Cloud now has public forms that you can share via a link from a Jira software space.
But we face the problem, that the recaptcha protection blocks the adding of attachments. This obviously happens because of browser security restrictions. But: this doesn't happen, when we tested the form last week.
Anyone has an idea, what we should do in that situation?

Just to answer my questions by myself:

The problem occured, because the forms owner is a restricted service user. This service user did not have the "Browse projects" right. After adapting the used permission scheme, the intended file upload works very well.
