real time on jira board

hello , I would like to know why in my board is not activated ( or can not be) the option that you can see the people in real time who are inside the board,I have seen it in some board but not in mine ( my board is managed by the company and is Scrum) ... example: as you can see it in a drive.

the first one has the option to see who is in real time inside the board, the second one (which is my board) does not have this option.

The real-time collaboration (where you can see who is currently working together) is a feature of Jira Work Management, called multiplayer mode. It is only available in business projects.
