re-order sub-tasks

I see references to re-ordering sub-tasks but don't see the commands in our OnDemand instance. Is this possible with OnDemand?

This is currently not a feature available in OnDemand, but if you check out this Answer there may be a resolution for you from a user - https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/155275/order-of-subtasks-within-a-parent-task.
