"process terminted unexcpectedly" error how can we resolve????

while trying to login jira we are not able to login and while  we are trying to restart jira in services getting error like "process terminated unexpectedly" ,it is critical based priority,could you please answer quickly

do you see any messages in log files when the errors appear?
Which user directory is in use by your instance (local, LDAP, Active Directory?).

With more detailed information a member from Atlassian Community is more likely able to catch up and help. Please kindly more details if possible.
