"easeRequirement" section is inaccessible

If you face issues only with easeRequirements for Jira app, you should submit a support request to the vendor.

I'm not related to easeRequirements, just a fellow Marketplace Partners.
We have the same issue with users not being able to access our apps. Due to the unstable new release of Forge services, few instances are being affected so can you wait for a few minutes, then re-access the apps for around 10-20 minutes? This works for our users so it might be applicable for you as well.
