"Your comment could not be saved"

Hi everyone, we are facing a problem in the team - an image is not attached to a comment. This is a very important communication tool for us (along with images). PNG, image weight is 25 KB. The save results in an error and the message below:

The text is missing or incorrectly formatted. If you copied it from another source, try removing the formatting and pasting the text into the editor. 

Help me figure out what the problem might be

Welcome to the community,First can you check the Attachments Permissions In project permission scheme

If permission is there better keep the image file name simple as image1,image2......etc..,

I Have tried it works for me. attached example for your reference

Please try to copy the text into a notepad file, save it and then copy from notepad to jira as a comment.

Thanks for the recommendation! The problem turned out to be in the role access rights settings in the project
