"View Screens" table - some links to "Workflow Transition" are missing

Hello all,
I have one screen assigned to two transitions steps of one workflow, but one transition link does not appear in 'View Screens' table. Bullet of list item is there but the link is missing (RED TEXT on image is expected).
Second link is there as expected (GREEN LINE on image).
This behaviour appears with differents screens and workflows in JIRA cloud.
QUESTION: Why only one link appear ?
