"User does not have the 'Browse Projects' permission" even though he does?

The goal here is to have all users able to view all/any tickets. 

1. I've made sure all of our end users are service-desk-customers. 

2. "Browse Projects" is enabled to Administrators and Service Desk Team 

 

 

I can't for the life of me figure out how to add members of the service desk team but below screenshot would suggest to me that they already have privileges?

Hello,

To add a user to the Service Desk Team, you need to go to project settings -> users and roles and add required users to the Service Desk Team role.

We're using AD as auth, should I just be able to add an AD group "everybody" to the group ? 

I'm convinced this already works though as all users are able to login and submit tickets.

You can use the permission helper to find out why users do not have the browse projects permission.
