Some people ask how to disable the „Update Parent Issue“ Popup – I have the opposite problem: the popup is not displayed! And I can’t figure out why.
- I have a simple ToDo – Doing –Done workflow.
- I have Task tickets containig Sub-task issues.
- Both use the same Workflow Scheme, in contrary to other issue types (Bugs, Stories – they need to behave differently)
- I move/drag&drop the Sub-task issues on a Kanban board from ToDo, to Doing, to Done – but nothing happens. No Popup. No prompt for update the parrent issue as well.
- The board filter is NOT restricted to just Tasks and Sub-tasks for this board – Bugs and User Stories are shown as well…
- … but the board column configuration prevents them from beeing moved/draged – they are just displayed in the ToDo column
All help is highly appreciated. Any ideas?
