"Unsupported Content" Error After Changing Font Color - With Shift+Enter (soft return)

Working in Jira sub-tasks.

The first few lines are headers in which I was using shift+enter (soft return) to eliminate extra spacing. Afterwards, highlighting and changing the font color of all lines.

I had no issues with this several weeks ago.

Yesterday, I received an "unsupported content" error when I try to save.
It looks like the error is do to using SHIFT+RETURN (Soft return).

Any ideas?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Thank for reporting this issue to us, I was able to replicate this on my test instance as well.
Somehow, if changing the color line by line, it works normally and for now, this is the workaround.
