We are no longer able to access our Sprint Performance Report or the Sprint report (accessed from our sprint board), this worked before and it is happening on all projects. How can I troubleshoot and fix this?
Our permissions haven't changed, it is happening for all users.
The audit report didn't show any changes made around settings.
I verified that this happens for multiple projects.
I'm able to access all reports under 'Reports' module so the data is accessible still.

I’m part of the SaaSJet team that develops the Time in Status app, which powers Sprint Report.
It looks like your app isn’t updated to the latest version. Please update it, and Sprint Report will be available again—now with two new features: a Burndown chart for active sprints and Sprint metrics details.
You’ll now find access to the report under the More tab (see the documentation for details).
